Basket strainer waste for kitchen sinks. Removable brass basket catches food waste and debris while allowing water to drain. Lifts out for emptying. Central screw thread available in three lengths to accommodate different sink thicknesses. Solid brass construction with hand-finished exterior basket and trim. Works across all three Studio Ore collections. Suitable for standard kitchen sink waste openings. An alternative to traditional plug wastes where strainer functionality is needed.

Every piece is handcrafted from solid brass in Northern Italy. Choose from living finishes that develop a natural patina over time, lacquered finishes that stay bright and low-maintenance, or painted finishes for a matt, coloured look. Full details on all our brass finishes are here.

How to care for this product

Solid brass ages naturally with use. Living finishes will darken and develop character over time; lacquered and painted finishes are protected and need only a wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the surface. For full care instructions, see here.
