Refund policy

Every Studio Ore product is made to order — finished and configured to your individual specification after payment is received. As bespoke goods, they are not subject to the standard 14-day right of return that applies to off-the-shelf products.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation email. To do so, contact us in writing at info@studio-ore.com before this period expires. We will acknowledge your cancellation in writing.

After the 24-hour window, your order will have entered production and cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • After 24 hoursOrder enters production. Cancellations cannot be accepted. If you have a concern, please contact us — we will always try to help.
The 24-hour window begins at the timestamp of your Order Confirmation email from Studio Ore — not the point of payment.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not conform to your confirmed specification, please contact us at info@studio-ore.com within 5 working days of delivery.

Any visible damage or shortage must be noted at the point of delivery — either on the delivery record or with the carrier directly. Please photograph packaging and the product before installation.

Where a defect is confirmed following inspection, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims raised after 5 working days of delivery cannot be accepted, except where a defect could not reasonably have been identified on delivery.

As all Studio Ore products are made to your individual specification, we are unable to accept returns of non-defective goods.

If you have a concern about your order before installation — including fit, specification, or finish — please contact us at info@studio-ore.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

Purchased via a trade supplier? Please contact them directly — their own returns policy will apply.

United Kingdom

UK deliveries are fulfilled by DPD on an overnight service once your order is complete. Shipping costs are confirmed by our team before dispatch; no shipping payment is taken until this is agreed with you.

International

Studio Ore ships worldwide. For international delivery enquiries, contact info@studio-ore.com — a member of the team will respond within one working day.

Import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order. These charges are payable to your local government and cannot be estimated or covered by Studio Ore.

Studio Ore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
