PROJECTS

Pawalee House, London, England

The brief for this residential project in London was about reviving the old as much as it was bringing in the new. It’s a classic Victorian house with all the expected ornate features. Cornices, sash windows, stone detailing. But it’s also minimalist. There’s a modern (and logical) material palette. Studio Ore is found in the bathroom. Where our unlacquered polished brass fittings sit around a shower wall made of amber-toned glass bricks. It’s a bold design. And our pieces from Chapter One have already gained a characterful patina. Slightly industrial in style, they suit the space. While the solid brass nods to the project's heritage.
