A house carved from wood and stone in Topanga Canyon. Envisioned by wood sculptor Chad Hagerman, and interior designer Allison Ochmanek of Concept AMO. The interiors are raw and quiet. Stone walls, wood, cork, earth-toned plaster. Every surface has a texture. Every material earns its place. Our fittings are thoughtfully placed in the kitchen and bathrooms throughout. Some lacquered bronze, some unlacquered polished brass. Both tones sit with the stone, the wood, and canyon light. Adding warmth in a house built to feel elemental.
