Shipping Information

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the delivery lead-time will be confirmed when placing your order. Deliveries within the UK are handled through DPD and are sent via overnight delivery once the order is ready.

Studio Ore ships worldwide. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges to avoid any unexpected costs.

International Deliveries - For international deliveries, please contact our Sales department at info@studio-ore.com. A member of the team will respond within one working day. 

Damages & Shortages

Any visible shipping damage or shortage present upon delivery must be noted by purchaser or its agent at the time of delivery. All claims for damage or shortage must be reported to our Client Services department by email to customerservices@studio-ore.com within 5 business days of delivery. After five business days, Studio Ore will not assume any responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.

Studio Ore is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or incorrect.

We are committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your experience with Studio Ore. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase for any reason please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@studio-ore.com.

If you need to return your order, please note the following guidelines:

Items bought directly from Studio Ore may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you purchased your product via one of our suppliers please contact them directly regarding returns as they will have their own returns policy.

Non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds that are issued. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning non-defective items. 

Returns will only be accepted on items that have not been installed or used and are in the original packaging. Products must be received and inspected by us prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will not be issued for products damaged by the customer or damaged in transit due to poor packaging on the part of the customer or products returned incomplete.

Bespoke items or special orders cannot be returned unless defective.
